We offer FREE standard delivery on most items. Standard delivery typically takes up to 3 working days. For expensive or fragile items, these will be sent by a courier that requires a signature upon delivery.

We offer the option to upgrade your delivery to next working day service. Next day delivery items will be shipped by a courier requiring a signature.

If your goods haven't arrived as expected, we have a team dedicated to helping you. Please use our contact form or call us if you have our contact number available.

Nearly all orders arrive on time and in good condition, but occasionally goods can get lost or damaged in transit. We do our best to prevent this by working with high-quality couriers and ensuring all shipments are insured.

All brand-new goods sold by us include a full manufacturer guarantee that covers any technical faults occurring within the warranty period. Any software faults occurring due to viruses or software a user has installed will not be covered by a manufacturer guarantee.

We recommend you contact the manufacturer to report any fault as soon as possible to arrange a repair or exchange. If the product you purchase is a refurbished item or you cannot contact the manufacturer to arrange a repair, our after-sales team will be able to help you. Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you no longer want the product you purchased within 14 days, please send an email using our Contact Us page.

Important: The item must be in its original condition as received and in its original packaging. For security, health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns of products that have been used, unless the item is faulty.

If the item is faulty, we will give you the option to choose a full refund or a replacement item to be sent.

Please allow 3 to 4 working days for us to process your return. A refund will be sent to your original method of payment. It normally takes 3 to 4 working days for the money to show up in your account after we process the refund.
